Tom was just incredible! I have sold 4 houses now and he is by far the best Realtor I have ever had. My most recent house was only on the market for two or three days before he got it sold. For higher than asking price. This is all due to his hard work and dedication to his client. I had to sell the house because of my divorce which added a whole other layer of complexity to the situation. Tom handled it in stride and took care of all the necessary documents. Even communicating with my attorney regularly. The entire process was so smooth and it felt like I was his only client. Which I assure you I wasn’t.
